We email you when we find an incredibly cheap flight deal from DCA, BWI, or IAD.
Essentially, District Flight Deals scours the internet for cheap flights, and puts together a simple email to you when we see a great deal. We follow dozens of travel related sites, manually comb through flight route options daily, and have some code running 24/7 to find the best deals. We curate all that info, and send you the best stuff.
For example, flights to Rome are usually $850+. We found flights there for $287 roundtrip and let our subscribers know.
Unfortunately, we can’t help people plan their specific flights. Taking advantage of one of the deals we send out and booking it is up to you (instructions on how to book in every email)!
We'll send you an email alert when we see a flight that's way cheaper than usual. In that email, we'll include instructions on how to book. Bookings don't happen on our site - instead, you'll find the particular flight that works for you and book through an online travel agency (OTA), Google Flights, or the airline directly.
We get a lot of emails from our subscribers asking us this, and wish we could help. Unfortunately, understanding travel preferences (what you need for bags, departure times, how flexible your destinations/dates are, etc.) requires tons of time, so we can't help you with your specific flight needs.
To help as much as we can, we wrote this guide with tips on finding the cheapest available flights when you need to find flights asap.
1. Manual searching (lots of it).
With those two methods, we watch and search dozens of online travel agencies (OTAs), Google Flights, and other sites to find a great deal. When we see something interesting, we check to make sure that the deal is real and suitable for actual humans.
We don't have our own special deals - we just scour the internet looking for flights all over the world and let you know when there's a deal that could save you hundreds.
A few ways:
We have two tiers of membership.
Free members pay nothing (as you might have guessed) and get some great flight deals sent to their emails. But...
Premium members get 3x the deals, the very best deals, and get them an hour before free members. Premium members pay about $3-5/month and support this little business.
